As a 37 year veteran of the mortgage industry, I have witnessed all the good, bad, and even ugly changes to financing a home. No matter how difficult rules and regulations may make the process of homeownership, I always make the process seem less frightening and more exciting. While sitting on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, I have fought for the rights of the mortgage and real estate communities, as well as ,the rights of consumers. My firm belief that knowledge is power led me to the FAMP Foundation which purpose is to educate not only the mortgage professionals, but also the general public. I am dedicated to serving my clients, whether first time home buyers, seasoned investors or seniors who want to make their later years more comfortable with a reverse mortgage.
