Ive done a few things. First I’m very clear that payment is due at the time of service. 2nd for those that don’t pay I suspend service - no trips or classes for you - until their balance is zero. Last I’m currently in the works of setting up PayPal so customers can pay ahead

Yes - In my line of work I need/want to get a feel for who the person is and their character that I'll be working with. The best way to do this is face to face in a relaxed setting. I always try to arrange meetings in person if I can
