I use QBO with many of my clients and while it is not as robust as the desktop version, it has a number of advantages making it easier to use. The fact that it is in the cloud and the client doesn't need to worry about losing their data or making backup copies is great. It also gives the accountant real-time access to their clients books without the need to pass a file back and forth, this feature alone has saved me countless hours, very nice.
