I am very happy for all those that were able to receive grant funds and sorry for those that have not, for several different reasons that i am reading.
unfortunately, there is no Lead way or funds for New business owner such as myself although i am under the guideline of essential workers and provide services to the most vulnerable which is the Seniors and disabled citizens in our community, i can not get a loan or grant for PPE which is truly needed in any and all healthcare agencies, reasons being, I opened my business in April 2019 so just over 1 year ago, i had not filed taxes yet which were not due until April 2020 but Pandemic hit before that, then became unable to afford to file taxes obtain a lawyer and pay fees, which thankfully the tax deadline was extended to July 2020. Being in business for 1 year i had no profits but taken a loss, so unable to show tax records, a profit or filed taxes paperwork
and last but not least i have 1099 employees, so although i understand some of your disappointments and frustration, but put yourself in my shoes, for these reasons above disqualifies me for approval of any Grants so far.. i have renewal of State licenses at the end of July and August due to decrease in Revenue at this time, i can not afford to pay these renewal expenses to keep my doors open.

Contact the SBA re: the EIDL loan … you probably would not qualify for the loan but it is possible that you could talk to someone there re: this as it may be on an exception basis....
