How We Got Started
To bring yoga to the community. Especially, hot yoga. We were the first hot yoga studio in Monmouth county and have been going strong ever since.

I had the privilege to do a video for her a few years ago and if I lived closer, I think even I would take instruction at CNY. She and her other teachers are the best. Judgement free zone. Tremendous workouts for all levels.
