NuEmpowerment Health was founded by a board certified Family Physician who realized she and her patients' deserved more time than the classic doctor's visit to discuss how to get well with the power of your won lifestyle. Recognizing a need for longer more accessible appointments, Dr. High pivoted from her corporate clinical career and started a VIRTUAL physician-led health coaching company to service people in the way that most aligns with her values and what her patients' wanted. Dr. High has been both a patient and physician and desires to be a connector between the two to decrease poor health outcomes and facilitate more productive conversations between them in those short doctor visits.
