Happy selling!

(more) My answer to your very forthright question of why did you start your own business and how did you deal with the risk of failure.   I am self employed and I work under a Broker. So I really did not worry about the Broker going out of business; especially  when I started working for the Premier International Company Coldwell Banker.   I initially went into this awesome business of selling real estate over 29 years ago when my 6 children were very young.  I got into this business for the flexibility of not having to punch a clock but,  meanwhile working most weekends. It offered a flexible schedule and great money at closing.  The down side was you only get paid upon closing and sometimes there are dry spells.  It is a feast or famine situation.  I have been blessed though and I love my job.   As far as the risk of failure; I think more often than not it is a "Fear of Success" that gets in the way.   Make it a great day and GO BUCKS!
