I am an occupational therapist with 30 years of experience in the healthcare environment. I have dedicated many years of research toward discovering the best and most effective interventions for all ages and nearly all health situations. My focus is not addressing symptoms but really getting to the root of issues. We should be able to get our bodies healthy with natural tools, especially good food and exercise, but these are not enough in today's world. We need help, but we need to find methods that don't have dangerous side effects.

My journey to health has always been pretty focused. I've been in the field for 30 years! I've studied, I've implemented, and yet I developed brain fog, fatigue and aches/pains I couldn't explain.
