About Us

Yoga Happiness Studio has a variety of classes for all levels geared towards improving your health and happiness. Beginners and beyond will feel a part of the family in these small classes (no more than 12 students in the largest class). Yoga is about mindfulness. Focus on your breath for decreasing stress, increasing energy, building strength, and working on flexibility. Yoga is for everybody and every body. Breathe. Move. Smile.

How We Got Started

Yoga Happiness Studio owner, Burgundie Miceli, left the corporate world in 2014 to find her own happiness and sense of purpose. Yoga Happiness was born by Burg putting together the pieces of the things that meant the most: teaching, helping, and happiness. After 20+ years of her own personal yoga practice, Burg felt it was time to help others learn what she had (and still learns) about the benefits of yoga.
