I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I have over 20 years of education combined with experience in the social services field including 4 degrees. This has given me a great understanding of the needs of individuals throughout the life span.

I offer both faith based Christian counseling as well as traditional counseling services for those who do not desire to add any spiritual component to the therapy process. I am able to use my passion and knowledge as I help people overcome different struggles and challenges in life and use the things you may see as barriers and turn them into a bridge. I have worked as a mental health counselor providing therapy at other community service agencies throughout the Columbus area for the past 6 years. After being licensed as an independent provider for the past 3 years I have decided to expand and branch out to offer contract services to other agencies. As a private practice owner I would like to eventually offer what many other counseling centers may lack. What makes the Zion Center different from many counseling practices is that we will offer wellness services including a way to build on your hobbies and interests and build social groups for networking and wholesome entertainment. The Zion Center aims to be a place where you can get the tools to develop positive mental health through talking to a licensed therapist but also identifying protocol positive leisure activities to decrease depression and negative mood states.
