Educating your employees about balance in life around productivity time and productive break time is important. Getting outside for some fresh air closing one's eyes and taking some deep breaths coming into the present moment instead of living in future or past worrying. Even creating time in the work day for your employees or if self-employed yourself to have a meditation break. Some companies even have a person on staff with a yoga room set aside or break room with a short meditation session available to them. Learning how to take care of one's inner life is just as important now in this day and age to one's externals.

there are even apps for your phone that you can get that give short meditations for meditation breaks you could have the employees or the team have note of that and use it for themselves or have it as a requirement even!

but the bottom line in my opinion is to be sure that your workplace is aware and educated about the importance of balance in one's life and health of mind body and spirit for the ultimate productivity!
