I operate a ministry to Homeless and Needy people, so I doubt that my answers make any sense to you. We don't employ anyone - we're all volunteers. We work with individuals in need and help other ministries/ churches and agencies who refer their clients to us. Our help to our clients is in the form of in-kind items, clothing, groceries, toiletries and financial aid paid directly to their creditors. We are supported financially by individuals, businesses, foundations and churches.
