About Us
www.iepcoachingandadvocacy.com was founded by Debbie Gelinas after the birth of her 4th child who has Down syndrome, Apraxia, and ADHD. She has always worked in pediatrics but 20 years ago changed her focus from medical to educational after realizing the hardships parents face within the educational system when their children are differently-abled.
