If the payments are going to continue to run late I either have to charge more or we can move the payment date to accommodate ease and convenience for the customer, let them decide.
But the harsh bottom line is we’re in business to make a living, if you have a customer that you have to beg to get paid replace them with one that will.
Thats a tough one... Reason being is Pampered chef wasn't designed for the internet sales. Thats a tough one... Reason being is Pampered chef wasn't designed for the internet sales. It wasn't designed as an online presents, this style of sale rely's on impulse purchasing and friends helping friends. The main problem with online shoppers is their not subject to the same activity style setting in the home and their simply looking for the least expensive kitchen gear they can find. In fact, I would bet they would find what they like on your site them shop the web for something similar but less expensive. The same goes for Cutco there a lot less expensive knifes out there. Their model is the same as pampered chef. This isn't a bad thing! When things break or they want more they go to you not the web which increases your returning customers.
I would be inclined to take Dawn Avery's suggestion with facebook and instagram, However not as a sales outlet but more of a data base collection and to set up more parties and recruiting a sales force. I think if you take this type approach you'll be far better off then being shopped to death. Remember, people don't buy what your selling they buy you. If your having a good time and they enjoy the experience they will typical spend more and buy more.
