After more than 20 years in banking, I had learned how to thrive in high-pressure environments and solve complex problems. But one day, standing in a corporate elevator the weight of frustration pressed in like never before. Just days earlier, on a birthday trip, I first heard God whisper, “I am about to move you.” And there it was again, echoing in my heart. In that moment, I knew I wasn’t meant to keep climbing someone else’s ladder. I was being called to take all my experience and use it to create calm in the chaos for others. The path wasn’t neat or linear. I applied for jobs and faced rejection after rejection. I broke down in prayer, asking God for clarity. And then God sent a friend from church with a business plan in hand. It was His plan for me, and it became Swan Effect Partners.
