A lifelong mergirl here. Therapeutic Aquatics, LLC began in 1996 in Jackson Hole, WY. This is where I started working with orthopedic and neurologic clients referred by Jackson Hole Orthopedics. Then the Teton County School District Adaptive PE Program became a wonderful platform to create Pediatric AquaHab for children with challenges. I Studied and authored Introduction to the Bad Ragaz Ring Method, A Visual Instructional Guide (1999). Myofascial Aquatic Body Work DVD (2006), and Co-authored PNF in the Pool (2004), AquaStretch™ Specialty Certificate Manual 1st ed.(2013). She currently is a Presenter and Faculty for the Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute, Inc. Julia is a consummate student of water and has received several awards for her innovation and contributions in education to the aquatic therapy industry. She continues to gain knowledge through attending courses and working to master aquatic techniques for advanced certifications.
