Let them know up front what its going to cost.  If its too expensive for them, the can call someone else.  The price is what it is.  Last time i checked, i was not registered as a not-for-profit.  Love the blank stares when i ask if they work for free.  If they think it should be free, they are welcome to go start their own business.
