As Russell answered below, it will probably take your own mail server, or use a CRM service such as Constant Contact, or Active Campaign (my personal favorite atm) - they will cost you money but you can send massive amounts of email, as long as you have permission from your contacts.

OR>>> you can use your own server - set up a VPS (Virtual Private Server) from a provider https://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2455706,00.asp and verify any potential limitations, which there should not be any because it is YOUR own server but always good to verify - BUT the drawback here is that you are on your own. That means you will need to set up your own domains and services PLUS do your own research regarding white-listing with the email providers (rDNS is a MUST plus there will be other requirements) - ALL of them - so you don't end up in the SPAM folders or worse, totally rejected. A PIA but it may be your only solution...

Hope that helps!

FYI, the problem with this option is that although it might sound like a good idea to simply send out messages through a mail client to a VPS with a single non-whitelisted ip address, is that you're going to get rejected immediately. there are a ton of factors that go into creating a mailing service and it takes years to get it right.

Agreed ... it also depends on how knowledgeable your System Administrator is. It didn't take me years but OTOH it is not for the faint at heart either :) Lots of hoops to jump through due to the new and ever-changing policies of email providers in this day and age.
