It is very likely your website is not getting any attention because of it. This happened to my husbands business. I couldn't even have his business pop up when I typed the business name. The new website company had to redo the entire website and it took quite awhile to help him back into google land because of Hibu. If you have a good business attorney I would have them at least try to write on your behalf to break the contract. They have most likely broken their end of the deal but as others have said, legal gets very expensive quickly.
