Then there are the angie’s list, home advisor, Thumbtack, and various other companies trying to get a slice of the pie by acting as a middle man or agent.
Being a member of the BBB has been beneficial for us. Other than our monthly website fee the BBB is the only form of advertising we actually spend money on.
