The longest time.... our cookbook. We are releasing it Feb 20th, or sooner if all goes well. I'm super excited. Over 300 delicious, nutritious recipes and a special chapter for body, hair and garden - created out of items found in the kitchen. It is more than just a healthy cookbook, it focuses on dealing with garden harvests, taking advantage of peak harvest prices, being economical and conscious about food and it teaches little known historical, agricultural or nutritional information about the foods in the book too. This took almost 20 years. The manuscript was set aside dozens of times while we produced other books and completed other projects and dealt with life issues like selling a house and relocating, job changes and lots of other lovely interruptions. It is finally available and I'm holding back my screams of joy... a little. It will be on Amazon as: From One Small Garden cookbook. It is actually registered there but isn't officially available yet. just waiting for that darn proof to arrive and there's delays in delivery.
