Hi! I love baking and decorating cakes. I want to share this passion with everyone because every day is a cake day!

I started baking while I was stationed in Okinawa Japan. Wilton cake decorating classes are being offered and I had just completed my forensic science master's degree; so I thought it would be fun to learn how to make buttercream roses. I was hooked. I enjoyed baking and how serene I felt while decorating the cake. After I retired from active duty, I wanted to start my own business and Topsy Turvy Cakes was borned.
