I’m an executive and leadership coach and founder of Leader Inspired, where I partner with leaders—especially those in STEM and technical fields—to lead with courage, clarity, and authenticity.
My career began as an Aerospace Engineer at NASA, where I learned the power of rigorous thinking, systems leadership, and high-performance teams. Today, I bring that same mindset to leadership development—helping executives and emerging leaders strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and courageous leadership.
I work with organizations, executive teams, and women leaders navigating complex roles and transitions. My coaching blends evidence-based leadership frameworks with mindfulness and reflective practices that help leaders stay grounded while making bold decisions.
I’m a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Chief Core Guide, and I regularly facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and peer advisory groups.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me paddleboarding, practicing yoga, walking in the woods, or planning the next nature-inspired leadership experience. I'm also on the Board of Livewater Foundation.
My career began as an aerospace engineer, but an opportunity to help develop future leaders changed the trajectory of my work.
After earning my MA in Instructional Design, I began training engineers to become leaders—bridging the technical and human sides of leadership. That work led me to be part of a Senior Leadership and Organizational Development team of a publicly traded company, where I also served as an internal coach.
In 2013, I founded Leader Inspired, after becoming a Certified Professional Coach.
My early coaching focused on women engineers navigating the transition to motherhood, and returning to work, helping them stay connected to their leadership path during a pivotal life stage leaders in Aerospace. Around the same time, I co-facilitated Leadership Development and Excellence in Management (LDEM) at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
Those experiences confirmed when leaders grow in courage and self-awareness, the ripple effect extends far beyond the workplace.
