Essential Chocolate Desserts is a local and family owned full service Bakery in Culver City focused on offering the best Desserts, Coffee and Teas, Chocolates, Ice Cream and French Macarons available to all.

Our top sellers include Gourmet Ding Dongs, Cake Truffles, Cupcakes, Belgian Chocolate from KC Chocolatier, Lappert's Premium Ice Cream and French Macarons.

We also offer assorted breakfast muffins & scones as well as cookies, brownies, dessert bars and decadent cakes made to order for both Retail and Wholesale customers.

How We Got Started

I had a Chocolate Macaroon company and was looking for some retail space. Having spoken to the previous owner about co-packing for me, it seemed like a good fit & purchased the bakery in June 2005. ECD has actually been in business for more than 20 years.
