WE ALL HAVE A STORY CONNECTING US TO OUR HERE + NOW.
I was always curious about how it was that I came to be in this human body. I remember asking at the wee age of five, how come I was a human + not a rabbit? And, I was genuinely puzzled!

I FELT EVERYTHING + EVERYTHING HAD A PULSE.
Growing up, I had a strong connection to my knowing, however I did not understand why it mattered or my place in the world. I was intrigued by the depths of my sensitivity.

I found myself quite focused on the realm of psychology; in answering the quest to what makes us tick, because I was with hast, destined to find out what made me tick!

Following a very traditional trajectory, I quickly married out of high school, while welcoming my first child a few months after earning my degree + licensure in social work. I thought this was women’s work + my life’s purpose: serving, care-taking, marriage + bearing children.

I wanted more, WAY more!

It was this “something bigger” brewing inside of me that ultimately called in a series of catalysts + through my emotional death, I found myself.

I sat, cried, explored + loved on myself in a way that I was never shown. This was mothering + I was ignited.

I am driven by my desire to nurture others into absolute alignment, because when we own that we ARE the authorities of our lives, we experience something miraculous…

Personal Freedom + Peace.

Through a very traditional track in earning my LSW, to a Master's in Spiritual Psychology my calling, my souls work is to guide others home into absolute alignment. Not just through arming my clients with information that is so specific to them and their journey, but to also support them with implementing through intuitively guided coaching sessions. Together, this combination offers powerful transformation; it offers a genuine way through.

I’ve walked the journey with the parts of myself that were wounded and in a place of despair down a path I could not see, but felt. Triggered and in self-judgement I couldn’t see myself clearly, thus I felt cut off and in a place of disconnection.

Committing to the work of absolute alignment will change your life as it has mine.

I am now able to let go of judgements and resentments.

I can navigate hardships with openness.

I am confident in my capacity to deeply serve.
