My assignments typically take 8-18 months working as an outsourced COO/CFO with almost immediate relief from pressure and the insertion of positive changes and a methodical, structured approach to regaining a path to long-term success.

My history includes 35 years owning three businesses, being CEO of two others, an officer of a small bank and working in a CPA firm. In 2014, a business acquaintance asked me to help his struggling company and later, an attorney asked me to help a desperate client. I enjoyed the work and seeing clients get healthy again and have since had the pleasure of helping others as well.
