Schmitt Waterproofing was founded in 2017 to help homeowners solve water intrusion problems in basements. Josh Schmitt worked for a General Contractor for 7 years. This knowledge is now being applied to solving your issues in a manor that many other contractors fail at. We strive to find the root of the issue and focus on keeping the water away from the structure altogether. This technique is called positive waterproofing.
