In my opinion, is finding the right fit. Everyone has skill sets and can be trained but it's the fit that is key - culture fit and personality fit.

It's an insurance policy to cover your burial costs. It may be suitable for someone who may not qualify for a regular life insurance policy due to their health conditions etc. Final expense asks minimal health questions.

I do it for my family and be part of an amazing community. I've always been in a role where I provide services. I love learning and being a recruiter, I learn daily! A dear friend of mine has this quote: "You have to serve to get results".

Give them a scenario(s) and ask how they would handle the situation, ask behavioral questions, and ask why they left each position. Bottom line is to have a thorough interview process!

Agree with all the comments here. To add to that is be real and build a relationship with recruiters. They may not have an opportunity for you now but who knows. It's all about relationship. When a recruiter calls you, engage and have a conversation with him/her.

People don't like to be sold to. It's about building a relationship and trust with your clients. Learn what their pain points are and offer solutions. Hope this helps.
