Would you rather be the best player on a losing team or the worst player on a winning team?

Why would you want to be the worst at anything? Your self assessment speaks volume about your business entrepreneurial mindset, commitment to excellence and drive to be the best no matter if you're digging ditches or working at a hedge fund with $3,000 John Lobbs on your feet. The best at their craft or position sets the bar in their industry and command top dollar for their services. The worst performers on a winning team are the 1st to be downsized, let go or pink slipped if you're a baby boomer. I can't believe this type logic is so pervasive in America and is why so many millennial's feel the way that they do with a sense of entitlement and everyone should get an award for just being on the team rewarding a lack of production. America rewards winners! Winners worry about winning and Losers worry about Winners! It's lonely at the top for a reason--you have to work hard to get there and even harder to stay because the competition is coming and the naysayers can't wait to see you fall back to the pack.
You took the words right out of my mouth!
Perfectly stated.
Best answer I have seen in a long time. I admire you and would gladly be on your team.
