We've been around for 10 years now and know a thing or two. We are seeing successes with scheduling virtual meetings and webinars for client's who normally rely on face to face meetings. Please feel free to reach out if you need some temporary or permanent assistance during this time - we have over 50 US based team members that work from home all across the US. Even if you just need an hour of support each week - we can help. Stay safe! Additionally - we are not minimizing this. As a small business owner, I am doing everything in my power to help my staff remain calm and cared for during this time. We have offered our staff unlimited PTO without fear of losing their jobs, we will be offering an employee assistance fund to help offset any negative impact that might have and PTO for those who are actively ill or caring for a loved one who is ill. However, that said, if all clients decide to suspend or cancel work - there is not a whole lot we can do - hard to pay folks with funds that aren't there. I keep checking the SBA site but they have not gotten the CV aid set up yet so we are being patient there and just taking things day by day. We are cautiously optimistic but I'd rather everything shut down for 3 weeks to allow this to hopefully run the majority of it's course and to allow our medical resources to stay on top of active cases than to have this drag on for 6 months or more. I'll take a temporary inconvenience over long term disaster any day. And a word of note to folks with kids home from school due to closures - that does not mean to take them to McDonald's to play, playgrounds, play places, that means keep them home to avoid exposure. Otherwise what is the point!! Social distancing people, common sense!
