We also provide architectural metal refinishing and maintenance for elevators, lobby doors, and directories.
How We Got Started
April Building Services was founded in 1988 by William Ferguson. He had successfully started a window cleaning service in Houston and grew the business. He later sold that business and after taking a few years off from the window cleaning business, he moved to Dallas and started April Building Services. Today April is known for their superior window cleaning services and have expanded into waterproofing / caulking and metal refinishing.
