Astanga Ayurveda Wellness Center is dedicated to promoting the authentic tradition of Vedic sciences like Ayurveda and Yoga in a holistic manner and is recognized as one of the premier Ayurved and panchakarma wellness center in Texas. What makes Astanga Ayurveda unique is that we offer authentic traditional "Guru-Shishya" style (Ayurveda treatments, Vedic education, yoga, meditation sessions, chanting classes, Vedic Astrology, Vastu consultations and community service), our clients truly transform their lives to integrate the manifold facets and benefits of Ayurvedic panchakarma treatments and Yoga into their daily lives without changing their modern lifestyle.
We wish to give our clients a private, tranquil haven to pamper, nourish, detoxify and recharge themselves; and if they have the desire, to provide a road map to guide them down a spiritual path of self-discovery. Every aspect of our wellness center is dedicated to this purpose.
