I am not a lawyer, so you should verify this with an expert, but you DO have the right to lock him out of the place. This is YOUR property, and he is living there with the agreement that he will pay rent. He broke his agreement, therefore, you don't have to allow him to live there. CHANGE THE LOCKS.
