Over the years, PrintMailPro has cultivated a varied and diverse client base, performing work for companies in the telecommunications industry, the financial market, the retail market, the insurance industry, utility companies, seminar companies and many more. PrintMailPro’s customer list also includes many government agencies. The Dallas operation currently processes between 2 and 5 million pieces of mail each month.

PrintMailPro began back in the late ‘80s as a special projects division of National Presort Services, Inc., Texas’ largest mail presorting company. This division handled folding, inserting and metering for many of the company’s regular presort clients. As the demand for these “extra” services grew, the division was spun off into its own company. PrintMailPro was incorporated in the state of Texas in August, 1993.
Over the years we have added to our service offerings significantly. We offer a complete array of list services, color digital printing, and high-speed laser printing, as well as full lettershop services. Our Dallas facility is 30,000 square feet of climate controlled office and warehouse space, including our print room, production and inventory storage.
In 2014, PrintMailPro became part of the PrintMailPro, LTD. Partnership, headquartered in Austin, Texas. This move has resulted in a larger, stronger entity with increased capabilities.
