I have some property on the Oregon coast, Gold Beach, Or. and have developed and put a residential building with 4 units on one lot and have a subdivision design already for the surrounding parcels (not set in stone) but have been looking for a investor or developer with an interest in helping with the construction finance or helping to find financing to add more housing. Could be a partnership venture.
