A1 Case Management provides quality case management services under the Kentucky Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. Waiver programs.
We embrace the philosophy of the Supports for Community Living Waiver programming, which states that the guiding principles of person-centered planning practices include providing service with integrity, compassion and respect for individual differences and choices. In addition, we support people based on the fundamental Christian philosophy of treating others the way we would want to be treated and of being a light to the world.
The individuals that we serve are our “customers.” They are the boss in our everyday decisions. We work with them to identify and anticipate needs, while utilizing excellent listening and assessment skills. We work to make our customers feel important and appreciated and always look for additional ways we that can help them. When something doesn’t go as planned, we apologize and address issues promptly, and communicate what we’ve done to fix the concern. We explain our systems and get regular feedback from our customers. We give more than what is expected, rising above the standard while treating other team members and colleagues with respect and appreciation for the work they do. We understand that we are fallible and embrace mistakes, learning from them and ultimately improving our services.
