Hi, I’m Katherine.

I was brought in as a Charter Affiliate with Atmosphera to help launch the brand in the U.S., and I’m excited to be part of introducing this new category of climate-curated skincare to the American market.

For more than a decade, I’ve built my work around helping people discover safer beauty and wellness products, while also creating partnerships and communities rooted in trust, education, and meaningful connection.

I was an original Founding Member and later Managing Director at Beautycounter, where I mentored teams, educated consumers, and advocated for stronger product-safety laws, including serving as a Connecticut district lead in 2018 and 2022. I was also a Community Leader at Counter, where I supported field education, launch momentum, and customer experience.

Beyond beauty and wellness, I founded BabyBox.com, a luxury baby gift boutique I launched 27 years ago that continues to run today. Earlier in my career, I held sales, marketing, and operations roles in hospitality, including Relais & Châteaux, Morgans Hotel Group, Loews, and the opening team at the Four Seasons Hotel New York.

I love connecting with people, supporting thoughtful brands, and building partnerships that help communities grow.
