I work out of a shared use kitchen.  Price is $20/ hour with no storage.  Dry or cold storage is $25/ month for a small shelf, with a security deposit of $200. Kitchen has 2 convection ovens,  range, flat top,  fryers, drum kettle, and several prep tables. Calendar is opened at the beginning of the month to book kitchen time.  The next closest commercial kitchen charges $30/ hour but is larger and has more equipment. Yearly fee is $500.
