First and foremost photos and the quality thereof in todays market is promo. People are searching the internet and photos is the very first thing they see. If you want them to open it up to even look at the price per say you have to have good photos. Now that is out of the way, I personally take...

If you want them to open it up to even look at the price per say you have to have good photos. Now that is out of the way, I personally take my own photos. I have a very good nikon DSLR camera with a wide angle lens and an external flash. I take all my photo using a monopad as well. In fact I used to do this also for a company that did virtual tours. I set my camera on high def and 3d together. If you enjoy and can take good photos then go ahead and do that. If you are not then go ahead and pay a professional. Keep in mind photo quality to me is the most important aspect of home marketing
