After more than 40 years in healthcare, including leadership and teaching roles, it was time for a new chapter. Throughout my career, I found great satisfaction in helping people understand complex information, solving problems, and bringing order to challenging situations. As I considered what that next chapter might look like, I realized those same strengths could help small business owners who often feel overwhelmed by the financial side of running a business. Bookkeeping became a natural extension of that work.

MCross Bookkeeping was built on a simple belief: small business owners deserve more than accurate financial records—they deserve a bookkeeper who takes the time to understand their business. My goal is to provide accurate, organized, tax-ready books and financial information clients can understand and use to make informed business decisions.

One of the principles that has guided me throughout my career is that knowledge multiplies when it's shared. While my primary focus is helping my clients succeed, I also hope to mentor future bookkeepers by sharing the skills, experience, and confidence they need to build successful bookkeeping careers.
