An extensive intake evaluation, my whole self-assessment constitutes a complete health history intake, family health history, symptom analysis, BMI, diet and lifestyle assessment, and a daily food diary.

Once I have your full history with recommended functional lab test, hair analysis, and/or food sensitivity testing, I will carefully compile a personal customized program that includes:

I have been in healthcare for 30 years. I am a Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner and a Register Licensed Occupational Therapist. I am also currently pursing a Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and Botanical Medicine.
I became a healthcare provider because I truly care about others and have a great passion to improve others’ lives by helping them achieve optimal health, independence and wellness. To me it is very important to live a healthy lifestyle-intellectually, emotionally and physically.
My mother is my true inspiration. She taught me to never give up your fight and live your passion. She was an amazing example of courage and grace as she battled cancer for 7 years. She was great at self-managing her wellbeing through the whole journey, even though she lost her battle. This experience changed my life. It was here that my journey to health and wellness began using an integrative approach.
