Business owners who think it's a timesucker or who don't understand and engage in it is my biggest frustration. I come across a number of small business people like myself who will clearly benefit from social media to boost their presence, especially when their website is so outdated. Problem is, they won't spend the money to update their website or create a social media presence...but they think nothing of cutting costs because business isn't good.
