We give everyone a small gift card and a thank you on Valentine's Day, to make everyone feel included.  If someone gets a big bouquet of flowers or balloons, though well intended by the giver of the gift, it can make other people feel a little jealous or bad about their own relationships. It is certainly a minor issue in the grand scheme of a business and only a very small bump in the road.  Brian Jessen - Guaranteed Rate, Inc.
