This is a website that I designed for Al-Meda Chocolates using the Symfony PHP framework.  They had a need to have an order page that would allow customers to order multiple products for multiple recipients.  One of the requirements were to be able to have an order form for each recipient.  Click here to see this form in action, and don't forget to order some for yourself as well!
