They either pull over on the spot and talk to me or its friends and neighbors of the customer and they ask about me. Best advice I can give is do what you say you were going to do, be there when you say and communicate with the customer every step of the way. Don't treat them like a customer, make them feel like a friend. Take pride in your finished product and always do just a little more than they expect. Make sure they are 110% satisfied with the work!!! And they will tell everyone about you and your company. Do them wrong and that's going to spread even faster.
