As a former teacher, youth librarian, and office manager, Dianna started in the bookkeeping world with a small business owner background desiring to share her experience and the many challenges encountered with "plain talk" instead of "financial speak".
Starting back in 2007 with QuickBooks Desktop in the family remodeling/construction business which needed help to grow and run smoothly. Soon the business had reached a point where it needed to branch into an additional company, Austin Doors and Windows to continue. The family business has long since retired. Dianna moved on as an office manager in a private Montessori school just beginning to implement QuickBooks Online. "In the beginning, I was surprised and delighted to find my librarianship training translating so well in the business world. Later I discovered that I loved working with QuickBooks Online to make it the best it can be to support the small to mid-sized business journey".
