How We Got Started
Started 2010 by owner/operator James Patrick Cummings for functional fitness/wellness-minded folk. Patrick’s daily routine includes FF workouts, meditation, yoga, deliberate cold exposure in an ice tub, and many more functional health and well-being activities!
