It only makes those who don't make the minimum wage expect to get the the same increase in there pay as they believe their skillset should be rewarded by X-amount more that that entry level employee, thereby forcing everyone to raise sales prices to consumers to cover increased labor costs which ultimately negates the increase in wage. And to be clear, all but the most entry level employees earn more than $15pmh at our company, and those with clear drive and ambition to learn rapidly get over that level.
