Jim, one of our founders, owned a rental property and listed it through a number of online vacation rental websites. In the beginning everything was great, but over time, the rules changed. Enter complex refund policies, new fees for both the homeowner and the guest, and lackluster customer service.
Jim dreamed up a concept of vacation planning that put the power back into the hands of the hosts and the people who wanted to plan a fantastic vacation. He assembled a team of experts who are passionate about the vacation rental industry and solving complex problems. Today we have created the platform to make vacation planning simple, almost as if creating the vacation was part of the overall experience.
