Chuck and Vicki are Land Specialists representing Velur Enterprises. We offer a retirement and or real estate diversification strategy called Land Banking. We sell land that is in the path of development to the average person as an investment. Why not own the asset that every developer needs? Land.
How We Got Started
We were introduced to the concept of land banking at a presentation, then discussed and analyzed the materials, kicked the tires, so to speak and purchased our first parcel. We toured the actual property during a trip to California and got dirt in our blood. A few parcels later, here we are ready to spread the word.
